Lisa really knows the market well. She helped us to work out what a realistic price is in this market and explained exactly why. This helped us to sell our house quickly and for a good price. Lisa knew what the house was worth and would not let buyers pressure us to drop the price below it’s value. It sold within 2 weeks of going on the market which meant only two weeks of the dreaded open homes. We have used GLC three times now and have never been disappointed. Lisa guided us through the entire process and kept us well informed of any developments. She also kept us calm and reassured during the sales process and made sure everything was fair and nobody took advantage of us. I would certainly recommend Lisa and her GLC team to anyone.

We consulted three separate agents before deciding upon using Lisa and it was very clear from the get go that Lisa was far more researched & prepared to work for us. She owned the market, and to have chosen anyone else would have been a mistake.


Lisa’s marketing strategy saw us walk away with a solid offer that was above our asking price in a tough environment. Throughout every step, we felt that Lisa was on our side and working hard for us. So thank you Lisa, for closing the deal and letting us walk away with a tidy little sale.


Furthermore, Lisa is friendly, helpful & approachable. She made everything easy. She let trades in (for painting/electrical/cleaning etc). She even filled up our pool during/after inspections. Not living in the house ourselves and having two kiddies under two, this was a real help. It saved us many additional trips to the property.
